Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 2 to 5 business days. We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states, Air mail requires an additional fee.
Express Delivery is available for most in-stock items for an additional charge. After you have entered your shipping information during checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for each recipient.
The charts linked below provide estimated charges and delivery times based on destination and total order value. The actual shipping and handling charges and estimated date when your order will arrive will be provided during checkout.
Small Items available for immediate purchase will be shipped from our location within one to three business days of the purchase date, weekends and holidays excluded.
Large items available for immediate purchase have to be shipped freight, or they are delivered by a specialty shipper specializing in “white glove” treatment of your furniture. We work closely with these shippers and will keep you informed of all shipping details from cost to expected delivery date. In some circumstances M.J. Amsden Furniture may deliver your purchase personally. We understand shipping rates on large pieces can be costly and will work with our clients on shipping their new furniture. If shipping costs are a concern we will gladly offer a shipping quote before taking your order. Please call us to discuss your pending purchase.
Special order items will be shipped by one of the two methods above. Lead times on special order items are listed next to the item in the item description.
Although M.J. Amsden Furniture makes all possible attempts to ship your order in a timely fashion there may arise circumstances beyond our control that could delay your order being shipped within the confines of the policy above. In these instances M.J. Amsden Furniture will attempt to inform our clients of any delays to the best of our ability.
